Treatment Specialties: Jade’s passion is witnessing the resiliency of the human spirit and fostering recovery by creating a supportive environment for you to succeed. She believes that the therapy process is one of collaboration and focus-driven outcomes. Her intention is to assist you in moving toward your optimal health by finding the path that your highest consciousness chooses. Jade received her B.A. in Psychology in 2005 and her Master of Social Work in 2008 from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition, she completed her certification in Integrative Health Coaching  at Duke Integrative Medicine in 2013. Jade has over twelve years of experience working in mental health specializing in personality, mood, anxiety and attention-deficit disorders. She appreciates each individual as a whole person including desire for change, life experience, personal values, preferences, balance,  and overall state of health. She utilizes an eclectic approach including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral and strengths-based strategies to assist you in achieving wellness. Hade finds that integrative health coaching enhances the psychotherapy process.

including abortion, miscarriage, adoption, and parenting. Jade’s top priority is to connect you with the resources you need and support you in creating desired change.
